The 3rd wine-dinner event of the restaurant. The wines were presented by Mr. Tibor Gal, the famous wine-maker of Eger.

Gál Tibor Egri Leányka 2008
- Amuse bouche – cold served
Gál Tibor Viognier 2006
- Roses of smoked Halibut with fresh salads and green herbs and honey flavoured pear chutney
Gál Tibor Pinot Noir „Titi” 2006
- Rosemary seasoned lamb rib chops garnished with grilled spring vegetables
Gál Tibor Cabernet Franc 2005
- Fattened duck breast with red wine flavoured sour cherry ragout,
accompanied by croustade stuffed with garden vegetables
Gál Tibor Bikavér „Bartók” 2006
- Diced Argentinean Roastbeef with forest mushroom flavoured cranberries,
presented with potato strudel and coriander seasoned squash puree
Gál Tibor Syrah-Merlot 2005
- Saddle of fallow-deer layered with Chanterelle mushroom, complemented by
demi-glace, garnished with almond croquettes
Gál Tibor Pajados 2005
- Home-made cheeses in seasoned crust, sprinkled with truffle oil
