At this event the menu was cooked by Mr. Kálmán Kalla, the ex-Head Chef of the Gundel
restaurant matching to the great wines of the presenter Mr. Mihály Figula the famous
wine-maker of Balatonfüred
, who introduced personally his excellent wines.

Figula Csopaki Italian Riesling 2008
- Cheesy haché
Figula Gella Sauvignon Blanc 2008
- Tournedos of Northern pike from the Lake Balaton with white asparagus and Hollandaise sauce
Figula Balázs-hegyi Chardonnay 2008
- Citrus flavoured pullet breast with balsamic vinegar salad
Figula Pécsei Rosé 2009
- Iron plate roasted goose liver with Letcho and egg barley
Figula Tihanyi Cuvée III. 2008
- Duck fillet with cranberry enriched baked apple
Figula Tihanyi Cabernet Franc 2008
- Argentineaen beef tenderloin fillet presented with porcini enhanced red wine sauce
and almond wrapped Duchesse potatoes
Figula Fülöp 2006
- Chocolate soufflé with candied orange

 

All the seats were already taken several days before the event, so 70 guests could enjoy the meal- and beverage specialities presented by the star chef and star wine-maker.
