At our wine-dinner event in October we welcomed a new star wine-maker, Mr. Zsolt Tiffán.
The famous wine-maker from the winery of the year 1991 from Villány, personally presented
his price-winner wines to the specialties of Mr. József Velovics, chef of Nebro fine & wine restaurant.
 
Our guests could taste specialties like Tiffán’s Carissimea and Tiffán’s Elysium of the excellent year 2007.

- Amuse-bouche
Tiffán's The Old-fashioned 2008
- River's Giant set on bed of pasta, covered with paprika sauce
Tiffán's Pinot Noir 2007
- Sun-dried fruits stuffed in turkey breast, accompanied by forest mushroom
Tiffán's Lucia 2007
- Fattened duck breast placed in rosemary seasoned sweet potato crown
Tiffán's Cabernet Franc Selection 2007
- Veal saddle fillet hidden under bed of rocket salad, served with
honey flavoured fig and chanterelle mushroom

Tiffán's Carissimea 2007
- Carefully baked saddle of venison, presented with dark chocolate enriched
cranberry sauce and almond enhanced potato doughnuts

Tiffán's Elysium 2007
- Grapelike chestnut balls flavoured with chocolate, complemented by
Amaretto flavoured fruit jelly
