To our spring wine event we have invited one of the best wineries of Villány,
the Winery-of-the-year prize-winner Vylyan Wineyard and Winery in order to
present their price-winner wines to the specialties of Nebro Fine & Wine Chef Mr. József Velovics.
During the evening specialties like special cuvée 2008 of Vylyan Devil
or silver medalist at the 34th Challenge International du Vin Vylyan Cabernet Franc 2007
or the pride of the winery called Tonella Prestige Reserve great prize winner Vylyan Duennium 2006 can be tasted.

- Amuse bouche
Vylyan Chardonnay 2009
- Avocado salad in ring of smoke-ripened seafood
Vylyan Rosé 2010
- Salmon soufflé set on green salad with creamy horseradish mousse and red currant
Vylyan Ördög 2008 / Vylyan Devil 2008
- Garden vegetables wrapped in crispy baked goose breast, served
with flat potato cake and cabbage pocket
Vylyan Cabernet Franc 2007
- Pork loin fillet in bacon crust enriched with savoy cabbage,
served with red wine flavoured butter sauce
Vylyan Syrah 2007
- Pink roasted deer steak with forest fruit demi-glace sauce, garnished with
almond enriched potato doughnut and vegetable cake
Vylyan Duennium 2006
- Carnival pudding made with dried fruits ripened in red wine,
placed on chocolate flavoured strawberry glaze
